apply to all customers and orders placed through our website, without impacting your legal rights.

Returns Policy

You may return the product for a refund if:
It is returned within 30 days from the dispatch date. The item must be unused and returned in a saleable condition.
You follow the return procedure outlined below. No exclusions apply.

Returns Procedure
To return goods, please contact us to obtain the return authorization number and include it in a cover note. Returns must be shipped via Royal Mail Signed For delivery to our business address. We offer free returns to our customers. This policy may change in the future. Also, we do not cover missing package claims if its false claim. We take pictures and store CCTV video records when customers order multiple items.

Refunds
Full refunds will be made after receiving the product in original condition.
Refunds are made within 3 working days after the product is received.
The refunds processed will be typically via the original payment method.
