The Perfume Kingdom is aware that you might consider returning an item. These terms apply to all customers and orders placed through our website, without impacting your legal rights.

Returns Policy

You may return the product for a refund if:

• It is returned within 30 days from the dispatch date.
• The item must be unused and returned in a saleable condition.
• You follow the return procedure outlined below.
• No exclusions apply.

Returns Procedure

To return goods, please contact us to obtain the return authorization number and include it in a cover note. Returns must be shipped via Royal Mail Signed For delivery to our business address. Presently, we offer free returns to our customers. This policy may change in the future. Also, we do not cover missing package claims if its false claim. We take picture and store cctv video record when customer order multiple items.

Exclusions

The following items cannot be returned:

• Perishable goods (food, drinks)
• CDs, DVDs, software
• Newspapers, magazines
• Toiletries, cosmetics
• Custom-made or personalized items
• Used headphones or Bluetooth headsets

Refunds

• Refunds apply only to the product price
• We do not refund delivery charges.
• Refunds do not cover return shipping expenses.
• Refunds are made within 3 working days after the product is locked.
• The refunds processed will be typically via the original payment method.
• If an incorrect item was ordered, the refund will exclude shipping, packaging charges, and other transaction fees.

Improper Returns

If a return violates this policy, no refund or exchange will be provided. We may hold such items until you pay a re delivery fee. You must pay re-delivery costs, and if unpaid within 14 days, the product may be disposed of.This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
