3.2 A contract is formed only upon order confirmation.
3.3 To order, add products to the cart, login, select delivery, confirm the order, and complete
payment. You will receive an acknowledgment and later an order confirmation.

5. Prices & Payments
5.1 Prices include VAT and may change but won’t affect confirmed orders.
5.2 Standard deliveries are free, Express Delivery charges are added at checkout.
5.3 Payments must be made at checkout via accepted methods.

6. Delivery
6.1 We deliver within the UK.
6.2 Estimated delivery time is 2 to 4 days.
Royal mail is our shipping partner and uses track 48 and track 24 service. special delivery
option available if customer Request.

7. Cancellations & Returns
7.1 Customer can cancel order before dispatch the order and can return within 30 days
7.2 Returned goods must be in original condition, and contact us for a free return label.
7.3 Refunds are processed within 3 working days of receiving returned items.

8. Warranties & Representations
8.1 You have acknowledged that you are legally allowed to enter contracts and that the
information provided is accurate.
