     ●Standard Delivery: Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48, with a
       delivery aim of 2-4 working days post-dispatch. This service includes
       end-to-end tracking, providing peace of mind as you can monitor your parcel's
       journey until it reaches your doorstep. Orders placed before 16:00 p.m. are
       handled within 1 working days.


     ● Express Delivery: For faster delivery, we offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 at an
        additional cost of £2. We strive to deliver our orders within 1 to 3 business
        days, based on customer location. Orders placed before 16:00 p.m. are
        handled within 1 working days.


Delivery Schedule

and Bank Holidays.

Delivery Estimates

receive your Dispatch Confirmation. While Royal Mail aims to meet these delivery
targets, actual delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.


Receiving Your Parcel
If no one is available to receive the parcel at the time of delivery, Royal Mail may
leave it with a neighbor or in a designated safe place, if applicable. Alternatively, they
will provide instructions on how to arrange a redelivery or collection from your local
delivery office.


Lost or Misplaced Orders
In the rare event that an order is misplaced or incorrectly delivered, we adhere to a
7-working-day dispute resolution policy. This timeframe aligns with Royal Mail's
