Shipping Methods

We exclusively ship orders within the United Kingdom, utilizing Royal Mail's Tracked services to ensure reliable and timely deliveries.

  • Standard Delivery: Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48, with a delivery aim of 2-3 working days post-dispatch. This service includes end-to-end tracking, providing peace of mind as you can monitor your parcel's journey until it reaches your doorstep.
  • Expedited Delivery: For faster delivery, we offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 at an additional cost of £2. This service aims to deliver your parcel the next working day after dispatch, ensuring prompt receipt of your items.

Delivery Schedule

Our delivery services operate during standard working days, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.

  1. Standard Delivery (Tracked 48): Parcels are typically delivered within 2-3 working days post-dispatch. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed the next working day.
  2. Expedited Delivery (Tracked 24): For next working day delivery, orders must be placed before our cut-off time of 3 pm. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day.

Delivery Estimates

Please note that delivery times are estimates and commence from the date you receive your Dispatch Confirmation. While Royal Mail aims to meet these delivery targets, actual delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Receiving Your Parcel

If no one is available to receive the parcel at the time of delivery, Royal Mail may leave it with a neighbor or in a designated safe place, if applicable. Alternatively, they will provide instructions on how to arrange a redelivery or collection from your local delivery office.

Lost or Misplaced Orders

In the rare event that an order is misplaced or incorrectly delivered, we adhere to a 7-working-day dispute resolution policy. This timeframe aligns with Royal Mail's Service Level Agreement, allowing for a thorough investigation to prevent fraudulent activities and ensure proper resolution.

Returns Eligibility

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from The Perfume Kingdom. If, for any reason, you are not, you may return the product within 30 days from the dispatch date. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in a saleable condition.

The product should be in its original packaging.

Certain items, such as perishable goods, CDs, DVDs, software, newspapers, magazines, toiletries, cosmetics, custom-made or personalized items, and used headphones or Bluetooth headsets, are excluded from returns.

Returns Procedure

To initiate a return:

Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support at help@theperfumekingdom.co.uk with your order reference to obtain a return authorization number.

Packaging: Ensure the product is securely packaged in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Shipping: We offer free returns to our customers. You will receive a free postage return label via email, which can be used at your nearest Royal Mail collection centre or Post Office. If you cannot print the postage label, it can be printed at the collection centre by presenting the QR code provided in the return label. Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to return the parcel to the collection centre.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund promptly. Please note:

Refunds apply only to the product price; delivery charges are non-refundable.

Refunds are typically processed within 3 working days after receiving the returned product.

Refunds will be made via the original payment method.

Improper Returns

If a return does not comply with our returns policy:

No refund or exchange will be provided.

We may hold the item until you pay a redelivery fee.

If the redelivery fee is not paid within 14 days, the product may be disposed of.
