Returns Eligibility

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from The Perfume Kingdom. If,
for any reason, you are not, you may return the product within 30 days from the
dispatch date. To be eligible for a return:

We accept returns for defective or non-defective products.
The item must be unused and in a saleable condition.
The product should be in its original packaging.
Returns Procedure

To initiate a return:

with your order reference to obtain a free return label.

Packaging: Ensure the product is securely packaged in its original packaging to
prevent damage during transit.

Shipping: We offer free returns to our customers. You will receive a free postage
return label via email, which can be used at your nearest Royal Mail collection centre
or Post Office. If you cannot print the postage label, it can be printed at the collection
centre by presenting the QR code provided in the return label. Please note that it is
the customer's responsibility to return the parcel to the collection centre.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund
promptly.

Please note: Full Refunds apply once the product has been received in original
condition.

Refunds are typically processed within 3 working days after receiving the returned
product.

Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
Improper Returns

If a return does not comply with our returns policy:

No refund or exchange will be provided.

We may hold the item until you pay a redelivery fee.
